Terms & Conditions of Trade for The Blue Wall Website

• A 12% Commission on all sales on The Blue Wall website will be taken to cover the curation, maintenance, and domain name hosting.
• The commission will be taken from the payment paid by the customer via the website.
• Supply of bank account to The Blue Wall for payment to the artist, which will come to the artist via Mclean Family Holdings monthly. Payment to the artists will be paid by the 30^th of the month after receipt of payment by customers.
• Original Art – Photography of pieces must be of a high standard to be approved for online use. When an order is placed for an original piece the artist must take responsibility for this order and for completing the online order in the specified time.
• Framing for an original piece can be arranged via your account or with Edges Havelock North as they handle all Framing and Printing requirements for The Blue Wall Website.
• If you are selling prints of an original piece, you will need to have your piece professionally photographed.

• All art that has been submitted to The Blue Wall website will be curated by The Blue Wall team (No9 Marketing & Design). If your piece is not of a tasteful nature or in good faith of humanity it will not be published on the website.
• At all times No9 Marketing & Design or a person nominated by them have the final say on whether a piece of art can be displayed and sold on the Blue Wall website.
• At any time No9 Marketing and Design or a nominated person might decide to remove a piece of art displayed on the Blue Wall website for any reason without explanation.
• Featured Artist – A Featured artist is given the option to showcase their piece/s in the No9 Studio on the Physical Blue Wall. This is a great opportunity for local foot traffic to see your pieces and a great marketing piece for you as a creator.
• The same conditions apply to art displayed on No9 Marketing and Design’s premises as they do on the Blue Wall Website.
